The Academy Awards nominations for 2015 were announced this morning and Walt Disney Pictures has received nine nominations for some of their best films of 2015.
On the list of potential winners are 3 for Marvel, 2 for animation and the remaining 4 for live action.

Best Makeup and Hairstyling: “Guardians of the Galaxy”
Best Visual Effects: “Captain America: The Winter Soldier”
