Roaring Forks

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort is just a boat ride away from the Magic Kingdom and will make you feel like you have entered a rustic lodge in the Pacific Northwest.  There are National Park touches and a cozy log cabin feel to the entire resort.

Roaring Forks serves breakfast and snacks near the resort pool and makes for great grab and go quick eats.  Also, if you are looking for a small snack or drink check out the Territory Lounge which offers drinks and appetizers.

we ate here during our december 2011 trip and loved it! small, quaint, and rustic feeling! great food, quick service, and great cast members!

The food was ok, but Roaring Forks wasn’t that helpful for our family. It’s kind of small in there with no clear line or place to go first, so every time we went in it was chaos. They also seemed a little disorganized, like several times I couldn’t get the drink machine to work and it was because they hadn’t turned it on. But it’s convenient to grab breakfast in the a.m. on your way to the park if you can catch it at a non-crowded time.

Side note: We went in first week in Oct 2011 for the 40th Anniversary of MK.

Better than expected for a quick eats type place. We would have used this place more if we knew how great the food was.
