Main Street Electrical Parade

“Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls! The Magic Kingdom proudly presents our spectacular festival pageant of nighttime magic and imagination. In thousands of sparkling lights, and electro-synthe-magnetic musical sounds: the Main Street Electrical Parade!”
The return of Magic Kingdom’s Electric Light Parade brings back memories and nostalgia for many Disney Parks fans!
This amazing spectacle of sparkling lights is a night parade which can be seen many nights prior to Wishes (and often on nights with Extra Magic Hours a second time after the fireworks show). This amazing parade is the same parade that used to be part of the introduction on the 1980s-1990s Wonderful World of Disney which used to air on ABC. Actually, this is it’s third run. Originally running from 1977-1991, then returning a second time from 1999-2001, and now for its 3rd run beginning Summer 2010!
The Electric Light Parade is full of whimsy, and fantasy, and should not be missed! Currently it has been aired around busier times like summers and holidays, often replacing Spectromagic on those nights.
