Exciting news coming from Disney Springs’ next hot spot, Wine Bar George! Let’s take a closer look at all that is going on:

Now Hiring, New Opening Date & Rendering:

Wine Bar George is set to open in early 2018! Wine Bar George is now hiring for all positions. While interviews will start in late fall, interested candidates can CLICK HERE to view available positions and submit their application.

Wine Bar George is reminiscent of a renovated winery with 6,000-square-feet featuring wood ceilings, warm lighting and a welcoming atmosphere. Guests will experience a feel similar to the ‘Old World’ as if they are visiting a winery surrounded by their best friends. Spaces will be available for parties and private events as well. Take a look at the latest rendering of the downstairs interior:

Four Seasons on September 13: Join Four Seasons Resort Orlando Executive Pastry Chef Rabii Saber and Master Sommelier George Miliotes of Wine Bar George at Disney Springs for a sweet celebration of National Chocolate Day! Enjoy a decadent dessert buffet with specialty wines and experience Chef Saber’s award-winning Curtain Rise chocolate cake, featured at the 2016 Coupe du Monde “Pastry Olympics.” Conclude the evening with a viewing of the Magic Kingdom® Park fireworks from the Capa terrace.
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Party for the Senses on September 23
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival event with STK on October 20: Enjoy some of the wildest wines you’ve never heard of… and a few you may never taste again! Join Master Sommelier George Miliotes of Wine Bar George for a wine party on STK’s rooftop featuring pairings, with varietals such as Saperavi from Georgia and Macvin du Jura from France.
