Top Five Disney Favorites To Do This Thanksgiving Weekend

The holiday season is finally here. The turkey is hopefully purchased and all the preparations are in place for later this week. You have researched all the Black Friday ads and have your list and route ready.  The guests have all confirmed and the menu is set in stone.   What about the days following Thanksgiving.  What are your plans for the weekend?

I have listed My Favorite Top Five Disney Things to do over the Thanksgiving weekend.

1. Go see FROZEN.   Grab the kids, grand kids,  relatives or neighbor’s kids.
2. Stop by the Disney Stores and JCP for incredible deals and amazing  DISNEY products. FROZEN t-shirts, princess dresses, accessories and decorations will be flying off the shelves.   Don’t forget to pick up your copy of the FROZEN soundtrack (warning you will be singing “Let it Go” all week long).  And last but certainly not least, don’t forget to pre order your copy of Mary Poppins 50th Anniversary Edition.
3. Visit the Disneyland Resorts to see all the beautiful holiday decorations and events including the all new California Adventure – World of  Color Winter Dreams.    Ice skate at Olaf’s skating rink located in front of Earl of Sandwich and enjoy one of their great sandwiches before and/or after.
4. Go Shopping at Downtown Disney.   Grab a cup of hot chocolate and a churro to help you enjoy holiday decorations and music.   Tip:  A evening visit will allow you to see the fireworks show, Believe…in Holiday Magic.
5. Finish off the weekend with a nice dinner and a movie with your significant other or friends.   I recommend THOR – The Dark World.
