The Typhoon Lagoon Flasher is off the hook
Released grape smuggler, and awesome porno name…
A man named Bradford Biggers is off the hook after being accused of exposing himself to a 14-year-old girl at Typhoon Lagoon (pictured at right), one of Disney World’s water parks. A witness claimed to see him in the act in July.
At the time, Biggers blamed the ‘flashing’ on his European style bathing suit. He claimed the suit’s elastic did not stay in its proper place because it was not adjusted correctly. Apparently prosecutors are buying the wardrobe malfunction defense, as all charges against Bigger, 51, have been dropped. The clerk of courts says he’s off the hook because of insufficient evidence.
At the time of the incident, Biggers was apprehended after the witness shouted at him and chased him. Biggers left the park, but was caught after he ran a stop sign on his way out. Initially he was detained for having a suspended drivers license, and he was then identified by the witness for the exposure incident.
