ABC FAMILY ANNOUNCES BRETT DIER AND ELIZABETH WHITSON CAST IN “PRETTY LITTLE LIARS” SPIN-OFF SERIES, “RAVENSWOOD”

“Ravenswood” Set to Premiere in October

ABC Family announced today that it has cast two new series regulars in the “Pretty Little Liars” spin-off series, “Ravenswood.” Brett Dier will star as Abel, a lone wolf with an old soul whose trust is hard won but who is loyal until the end, and Elizabeth Whitson will star as Olivia, a once carefree and effortlessly happy spirit who has recently experienced hardship, leaving her questioning what’s important and what no longer matters. Abel and Olivia are twins whom fans will first meet during the “Pretty Little Liars” special Halloween episode.

“Ravenswood” Set to Premiere in October

ABC Family announced today that “Pretty Little Liars” star Tyler Blackburn will be the first resident of the spin-off series “Ravenswood.” Following the successful announcement of the “Ravenswood” pickup on social media, the network broke the casting news on all “Ravenswood” and “Pretty Little Liars” social media platforms.

Blackburn’s character, Caleb Rivers, will travel to Ravenswood during the annual “Pretty Little Liars” special Halloween episode. The “Ravenswood” series will premiere immediately after. Blackburn will still be seen in the upcoming summer season of “Pretty Little Liars.”

ABC Family has greenlit the original one-hour drama series Ravenswood, a spin-off of their number one- rated series, Pretty Little Liars.

Pretty Little Liars has also been picked up for a fifth season, it was announced today by Michael Riley, President ABC Family. Both series will be produced by Warner Horizon Television.

Leveraging the strength of the social media phenomenon that Pretty Little Liars maintains as the #1 social show on television, the announcement was first pushed exclusively across all Pretty Little Liars social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Tumblr, GetGlue, Instagram, YouTube.com and ABCFamily.com. Content unique to each platform was created to build excitement and reveal clues about the new series to its most likely and influential fan base. New Ravenswood Facebook and Twitter pages were also created as a place for new fans to go.

ABC Family Hit Original Series “Melissa & Joey,” “Baby Daddy,” “Switched at Birth”and “Pretty Little Liars” Return with All-New Episodes!

ABC Family announces a red-hot summer line-up with the premiere of four new original series including reality competition series “Dancing Fools,” family drama “The Fosters,” mystery drama “Twisted” and docu-soap “The Vineyard.” Summer premiere dates are also set for returning original series “Melissa & Joey,” “Baby Daddy,” “Switched at Birth” and “Pretty Little Liars.”

“Dancing Fools” premieres Wednesday, May 29th, at 9:00 – 9:30 p.m. ET/PT. The half-hour comedy clip show features the funniest, most outrageous and memorable dances caught on camera. The dancers from the top two clips of the week compete on stage for a chance to win $10,000. The series is hosted by Melissa Peterman, who also stars in ABC Family’s “Baby Daddy” and in the upcoming ABC reality series “Bet on Your Baby.”

New beginnings are in store for everyone in the winter finale of “Switched at Birth,” airing Monday, March 11 at 8:00PM ET/PT on ABC Family.

In the winter finale, “Introducing the Miracle,” Daphne and the students of Carlton School for the Deaf find out if their protest will keep the school open, and deaf. Lana goes into labor, Toby makes a surprise announcement, and John’s campaign for office ends unexpectedly.

Now that Regina’s been drinking again what do you see happening between her and Angelo? Also what about Emmett seems like he’s in the same position Wilkie was in not that long ago.. Poor Bay always on the receiving end of all this think she’ll finally get fed up??  Guess we have to watch and find out!
