Many have asked when Epcot will add new pavilions to its World Showcase. Suggestions and wish lists have been made. Rumors have flown. Now it looks as though there may be some truth to one rumor.  October 1st is a big day in Disney History. It's the day that both Magic Kingdom and EPCOT opened for the very first time!On this day in 1971, Magic Kingdom greeted its very first guest.
