The transformation is now complete. Downtown Disney at Walt Disney World is now Disney Springs. Downtown Disney Will Officially Become Disney Springs on September 29th

On Tuesday, September 29th, Downtown Disney will officially become Disney Springs. There will be a ceremony on Tuesday to celebrate the grand re-naming. The new Disney Springs will resemble a 20th century town in Florida. The new expansion includes new stores, new restaurants, 2 parking garages with 6,000 parking spots. In case you have not heard here is some background on this new addition, Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is aviation themed and will be located between Paradiso 37 and the Boathouse Restaurant at the new Disney Springs.
