Disney Confidential – Enhanced Queue is in the Works for Another Attraction in Magic Kingdom!
Hey there guys and gals! It’s me… Anonymouse with a brand new quick tip about something exciting that is in the plans for Magic Kingdom, specifically Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.
Walt Disney Imagineering has let the cat out of the bag, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in Frontierland is next on the list to getting a new enhanced queue. What does that mean? Think Haunted Mansion or The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh when you want to think enhanced queues. Both of these attractions have new interactive queues that provides the waiting guest a better experience and a chance to get to know and be more invested in the storyline of the upcoming attraction. You know a place kids and special people like Chip can play games to help with line boredom.

Disney Confidential – Something New is Coming to Animal Kingdom!
Hey there guys and gals, guess who? It’s me, your answer to all that is Disney gossip… Anonymouse. I am here today bringing you some news from Animal Kingdom, home of Chimp, I mean Chip, that’s right Chip…I swear that is what I meant. Anywho – starting October 1st and expected to run through November 30th, for a trial period, is the addition of Animal Guides in Animal Kingdom.
The guides will give additional information to guests as you move through the park about most of the animals that you can find in Animal Kingdom and it is too soon to tell but there may be a special guide for the day that Chip visits…who knows!
There will also be paper guides that you can take a long with you located at the tip board, the main entrance and Mombasa Marketplace.
The new guide services are complimentary to all guests and hopefully will make your visits to Animal Kingdom more interesting and informative.

Disney Confidential – Another Piece of the Puzzle Means Another Meet and Greet in Epcot
Hey there guys and gals, guess who? It’s me…that’s right your answer to the maze that is Disney gossip… Anonymouse here. Today I have a juicy morsel of information for you…which is better than the juicy bit of whatever it was that was stuck in Chimp’s…err I mean Chip’s teeth earlier.
Anyway, moving on to the more important piece of info…a new permanent (for now because nothing really is permanent in Disney) character meet and greet location is coming to Epcot and more specifically, to the France Pavilion. If you remember last week we talked about Front of the Park Meet & Greet in Epcot this week we have even more Character News!
Disney Confidential – Country Bear Jamboree is Closing Temporarily for Refurbishment

Not much on the gossip front this week however I did notice something Chimp posted yesterday you might want to take a look at. The Disney World Refurbishment Schedule for September 2012 is showing some interesting closures. After a lil investigating I found out some interesting news for all you Country Bear fans out there…
The Country Bear Jamboree is scheduled to be closing for a lengthy refurbishment from August 22 but will re-open on October 18 2012. So do not fret too much as your good ol’ dose of bears performing country music is coming back and I am sure it will be better than ever.

Disney Confidential – Pixar Short Films Volume 2 on the Way

The rumor mill is buzzing today (and here we thought it was just Chip snoring) with a Pixar rumor! I am not sure how excited or surprised any of you smarter Disney folks will be but the story is that Pixar is going to be releasing a Blu-ray with Pixar Short Films Volume 2.
Hopefully Pixar will add some bonus materials (just like they did in Volume 1) which always make the sets worth buying. We are hearing that Volume 2 will start where Volume 1 ended beginning with Your Friend the Rat from 2007 and running through 2011′s La Luna.
