Is Pirates of the Caribbean 5 filming in Australia on the horizon?

Pirates of the Caribbean 5 may be filmed in Australia!  The Australian government has agreed to Walt Disney Studios request to spend the $21.6 million of government money originally approved for the now abandoned production of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and use it towards the filming of the next Pirates movie.
