Long before Toy Story Midway Mania opened with its allure pulling guests into Hollywood Studios daily, Toy Story starred in another popular stop in the park. Pizza Planet Arcade is a counter service restaurant modeled after the arcade/pizzeria in the popular movies! Besides individual pizzas, you can also find typical pizzeria fare here: hot subs, salads, and of course dessert. A great stop on a hot day, the arcade is a nice- and fun- reprieve from the heat!
There is seating both up and downstairs at Pizza Planet, yet the restaurant can get pretty crowded. It’s not a bad idea to have one family member wait in line to get food, and have the other snag a table. There are elevators, so if you have a wheelchair, you can also dine upstairs. While the kids enjoy the arcade, you can cool off with a beer, as this is one location on Disney property that serves alcohol.
Pizza Planet is on the Quick Service Dining Plan, and is a good use of meal credits. It’s a good use because they have excellent pizza, as well as some other uncommon options-like Antipasti Salad, as well as subs on their menu. You can find their full menu HERE.
