Mama Melrose’s Ristorante
The description for Mama Melrose’s claims it is where Italy meets California. Funny enough, when I enter here I am more reminded of a small New York City family owned pizzeria I went to once in high school. The walls are welcoming, although brick, and the vines draped around lattice in some parts of the ceiling plus the crooner music (when we were here it was a night of Sinatra) playing set a nice tone for dinner. The food here is tasty and the chefs pay extra special attention to any dietary concerns (we saw a chef come to two different tables to discuss allergies the waiters reported during our dinner here).
This casual restaurant features pastas, pizzas, salads, as well as chicken and fish dishes on the menu. They accept Disney Dining Plan and participate in the Fantasmic Dining Package (an especially great deal if you are already on the DDP since you end up getting priority seating at that night’s Fantasmic showing all for your one table service credit)!
