Beignets?  Gumbo?  Muffaletta?  If you are looking for some classic New Orleans style food, you’ll find it at the Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory.  This quick service dining restaurant is located at Disney’s Port Orleans French Quarter Resort.  But the menu isn’t limited to just New Orleans style food.  You’ll find burgers, salads, chicken, desserts, and drinks here as well.  It is a counter service restaurant, so it will cost you one Quick Service Dining credit per person in  your group if you are using the Disney Dining Plan.  Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu items.  Some menu items, such as pot roast, jambalaya, and few others are dinner only.  This is also where you will refill your Disney mug.
