While Saratoga Springs does not offer any sit down table service restaurants you have a few dining options to choose from.  TheTurf Club Bar & Grill and adjacent Turf Club Lounge offer views of the golf green and Downtown Disney.  Food here includes mainly American faire: chicken, seafood, ribs, and burger/sandwich dishes.
