Quick Look:
Layout: The Contemporary Resort stands out among all of the other Magic Kingdom area resort hotels, this is because the magnificent A-frame hotel has a monorail track running straight through the middle of it! Check out the resort layout on the map here.
Rooms: Room styling is as you would expect- sleek and contemporary. Most rooms have two queen beds and a daybed so they can accommodate 5 guests comfortably. Some rooms have only a king and the daybed. All rooms have a flat screen TV, cable/satellite, refrigerator, safe, iron, hair dryer, and internet access available for a fee.
Shopping: There are multiple shops on the 4th floor including everything you could need for all your shopping needs- souvenirs, toys, clothes, sundries
Recreation: Arcade, fishing, watercraft rentals, fitness center, salon, and even parasailing!
Pools: There are two main pools and two whirlpools at the Contemporary
DVC: The newest Disney Vacation Club property is Bay Lake Towers at the Contemporary. Like other DVC resorts here you can stay in a studio or different multi-bedroom villas.
Tips: Take advantage of the entire resort by checking out BLT if you are staying in the main building and vice versa! Also don’t miss one of the most loved character meals Chef Mickey’s.
