This Pilot Innovation Became a Big Hit With Guests in Disneyland Paris

Introduced at the largest Disneyland Paris hotel, Disney’s New Port Bay Club, this app has taken the guest experience to another level. The app is designed to help guests get the most out of their stay. Disney hotels and resorts have so much to offer!

The objective is to provide around the clock information about the hotel and services that are available and to advertise special offers and events at Disneyland Paris. After a successful pilot, this app is expected to be rolled out to all Disney hotels.

Guests can log on to the app by using a smartphone or they can enter a web address into the browser. Guests that have used the app so far have been pleased! Disney is always looking for ways to improve the guest experience.
