New details are starting to emerge regarding Magic Kingdom’s newest evening offering the Once Upon a Time projection show which will be replacing Celebrate the Magic starting on November 4th.
Imported from Tokyo Disney, Once Upon a Time will feature Mrs. Potts from Beauty and the Beast who, in telling bedtime stories to her son Chip, weaves a magical narrative that springs to life in the night sky and dazzles with magical projections against Cinderella’s Castle. The stories featured will include much-loved Disney classics like The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan.
As has been previously reported, the show will make its début on November 4th with a 9:45pm start time. Guests hoping to check out this new offering are encouraged to consult the Times Guide during your visit to the Magic Kingdom for exact showtimes.
For those Disney veterans already feeling nostalgic for the long-running Celebrate the Magic projection show which has served as the opening act for the evening Wishes fireworks display since 2012, there is still time to check it before it says good-bye on Nov 2.
