Last week was Disney’s Destination D event at Walt Disney World. This was a special Disney Conference for D23 members and their family and friends. Tickets for this event were not cheap and our friend George attended and reported back on the events highlights.
Disney also used this event to celebrate Disney Worlds 40th anniversary. It’s a tad early seeing that the 40th is on October 1 later this year. It is interesting also that currently we are hearing that there is nothing really planned for the 40th anniversary on Oct. 1. There will be an opening ceremony at the Magic Kingdom, but that is all.
