Elsa

Elsa from “Frozen” is one of the few Disney princesses (or rather, Queen) who doesn’t end up with a love interest at the end of her story. Many audiences were thrilled that sisterly love was at the forefront of the story, rather than a typical prince & princess love story.

Many “Frozen” fans as of late have been campaigning that Disney have Elsa with a female love interest in “Frozen 2“! The campaign #GiveElsaaGirlfriend , has been receiving a lot of buzz. Just recently, in an ET exclusive, the voice of Elsa, Idina Menzel, spoke about the campaign, giving it her support:

“I think it’s great. Disney’s just gotta contend with that. I’ll let them figure that out.” Menzel added, “No matter what, “[Elsa] changed my life.”

The fact that Menzel is speaking about it, just goes to show how quickly this campaign has become viral!

Do you think Elsa will receive a love interest in “Frozen 2“? Or do you think she will remain solo in the next chapter of her story?

  1. Well if she gets a female love interest It is up to all of us to let Disney know with our wallets whether we agree or not. I won’t decide or push my morals on anyone else but my wallet will speak for me.

  2. Disney isn’t foolish enough to risk a billion dollars on that nonsense. There are plenty of Hollywood gays with millions. Let them step up and make a gay kids film and see how hard it tanks!

  3. Oh, Renita. In my opinion, your comment became invalid when you assume it is a “choice” and “sinful”.

  4. Disney loved kids and family, and we have loved Disney for decades and that it is family friendly. Unfortunately if they choose to take a wonderful character Elsa that shows true family love and pervert the character of Elsa by putting her into a sinful relationship with a girl, then this christian family will no longer do Disney.

I accept that many people choose to do perverted sinful things that are against my religion, as that is their choice. But I do not have to support the sinful choices of others. Right is right and wrong is wrong and just because someone says everyone is doing it does not make a sinful act acceptable to God.

As for me and my family the choice is clear. We have the right not to have to participate in financially supporting sinful choices and would exercise that choice.
