Halloween is just around the corner and the celebrating has already begun at Walt Disney World Resort.
Magic Kingdom’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party kicked off August 25, the parties are perfect for kids of all ages, with an adorable “not-so-scary” theme. Guests of all ages are encouraged to dress in their best Halloween costume. There are guidelines to follow, so make sure you read through the official costume guidelines.
This special ticket event is filled with amazing entertainment, yummy treats and everyone’s favorite, Mickey’s “Boo to You” Halloween Parade. Led by none other than the Headless Horseman himself, the parade is packed with Disney characters dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes and Halloween themed floats filled with villains, pirates and princesses.
Many of your favorite Magic Kingdom attractions are also in operation during the party. From thrill rides such as Space Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, to classics like Pirates of the Caribbean and Peter Pan’s Flight there is something for everyone. And don’t forget the grim grinning ghosts at Haunted Mansion are dying for you to visit them this Halloween season.
No Halloween party would be complete without trick-or-treating, and this party is no exception. Grab your trick-or-treat bag and fill it with goodies at candy stations throughout the park. Food allergies? No worries, upon your arrival to the party simply ask a Cast Member for your teal treat bag. When trick-or-treating with this bag, you will be given a teal token at each treat station. At your convenience, you may redeem your token at the Allergy-Friendly Centers to receive your special treats.
You will find delicious Halloween treats around every corner. Such as the Pumpkin Cheesecake Dome with a graham cracker streusel base, topped with a white chocolate Mickey. Or the Mickey-shaped Cinnamon Roll with orange icing and a chocolate spider web. Many of these seasonal treats can be found at the Magic Kingdom throughout the day, while others may only be found during the party.
Are you heading to Walt Disney World this Halloween season?
