New Gingerbread Window Display at Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs

New this year, the Gingerbread window display at Amorette’s Patisserie is now up!

Pastry Chefs Yoly Lazo and Joseph Lodato have created this amazing set of gingerbread icons that celebrate the story behind the iconic Town Center at Disney Springs.

You’ll see familiar buildings like The Ganachery, Planet Hollywood and Amorette’s Pattiserie The display is made up of 45 lbs. of bread flour, 15 lbs. of dark chocolate, 15 lbs. of eggs, 15 lbs. of honey and 10 lbs. of confectioners’ sugar.

This display joins the others that have become a treasured part of the holidays at Disney!
