Downtown Disney Has Updated Their Parking Policy

Disneyland Resort’s Downtown Disney District has updated their parking policy to give those guests who qualify for complimentary parking additional time.

With this new policy, guests will now receive 3 hours of free parking with a single, minimum purchase of $20 at any Downtown Disney location.  This includes quick-service and kiosk locations.  The old policy allowed for 2 hours of free parking.

Additionally, validation for 5 hours of free parking with be granted to guests who dine at table-service restaurants or those who see a movie at AMC Theatres movie experience.  This is an increase from 4 hours with the prior policy.


The rest of the parking policy will remain the same.  Beyond the free parking period guests will pay $12 per hour in 30-minute increments with a daily maximum rate of $48. Also, there is a 15-minute grace period for dropping off and picking up.  A minimum of $6 will be charged after that 15-minutes has expired.

The new policy is effective as of November 6th.
