In honor of the grand opening of Pandora – The World of Avatar, the AMC Dine-In Theater at Disney Springs will bring back the 2009 film Avatar to the big screen. The film that started it all, will have a limited engagement beginning on Friday, May 5th. The movie will be shown in both standard digital and 3D. It is unknown how long this will be available.
Although the timeline of Pandora – The World of Avatar is set generations after the Avatar movie, seeing the film again will help guests gear up for experiencing this brand new foreign world in Animal Kingdom.
