Last night was full of excitement as the Chairman of Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Bob Chapek shared updates about rhe highly anticipated expansion, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. During this update he also shared a sneak peek at the very different Toydarian Wares guests will find at this new land.
Guests visiting the new Star Wars expansion, will adventure to the planet of Batuu, a remote outpost that we keep hearing about. As part of the experience, you’ll be able to explore a unique street market run by a Toydarian. If you aren’t sure what a Toydarian is, you may recall Watto, who owned a shop on Tatooine in“Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.” Amidst his wares local artisan handcrafted toys will be found, like the ones pictured here.
We’ll all be able to finally explore Batuu when Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opens at both the Disneyland and the Walt Disney World Resorts in 2019! What Toydarian Wares are you hoping to discover?
