Minnie & Daisy Best Friends Forever Book and Magazine Review

Walt Disney was certainly a man after my own heart. At my house, there isn’t much that gets us as excited as a new book to read. Recently I had the opportunity to review a new series from Disney Publishing featuring Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck. While I love all of the new characters like Merida, Rapunzel, and I especially enjoy a Phineas & Ferb marathon; it thrilled me to see of the classic Disney characters featured in this series. Minnie Mouse holds a special place in my heart and I am always excited to pass that love on to my daughter. Disney said about the series, “Girls can read about the amazing power of friendship, take quizzes, make fun crafts, learn about caring for pets, read about fashion and their favorite music, and play games with their best pals, Minnie and Daisy.” These books and magazine delivered on that and more!
Mickey Mouse Clubhouse: The Quest for the Crystal Mickey Review
Mickey Mouse Clubhouse: The Quest for the Crystal Mickey will be released on DVD on May 21, 2013. The DVD will feature “Quest for Crystal Mickey- World Class Adventure” as well as four additional Mickey Mouse Clubhouse episodes! I had the chance to review this great DVD with my little one and we loved helping Mickey in his newest challenge!
In “The Quest for the Crystal Mickey,” you can join Mickey and the gang in their latest Clubhouse adventure. When the legendary Crystal Mickey goes missing, Mickey and friends must go on an adventure to get the Crystal Mickey back and save the Clubhouse from losing its magic. Disney Interactive Story Digital Storytelling App Review
If you’re anything like me, then you have tons of photos trapped on your phone. Between snapping random shots to posting endless pics on Instagram, I’ve got a lot of memories on that baby! Well my friends, we are in luck! That’s because Disney Interactive just released a digital storytelling app for Apple iPhone and iPod Touch (also works on your iPad) called Story. Now we can put those pictures to use in a fun, simple, and creative way and we can SHARE them! That’s right! We can DO SOMETHING with all of those beautiful pictures!

I was recently sent this DVD to review, and let me tell you-it’s super cute! Of course, we’ve seen some of these episodes on TV, but now my daughter can watch them over and over again. I’m always amazed at the sweet, important lessons that someone like Doc McStuffins has to teach young people. I noticed in a few of the episodes that Doc genuinely cares for her brother-Donny. I thought this was so sweet, and a great message for the littles watching it. Not only does Doc McStuffins care for her family, but she teaches young people the importance of health and taking care of yourself from a young age.
