Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show at Hollywood Studios

Every Photo has a story.

Chip & Company fan Tiffany Gentry captured this amazing ariel shot at the “Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show at Hollywood Studios. Tiffany’s dad works at Disney, so they go to Disney World quite frequently. “The picture from Lights, Motors, Action! was from one of our weekend trips in which we spent some family time together.  Disney has always been a huge part of our family, and in many ways, I practically grew up in Disney World.”

Picture this… Tiffany said, “This is one of my favorite shows, because let’s face it, fast cars flying in front of you doing stunts you only dream you could do is just awesome and exciting. During the second chase scene the hero jumps over trucks set up,  and I managed to get a pretty cool picture of the hero’s car, literally, in mid air.”

Thanks, Tiffany, for sending in your photo and your story, and thank you Chip & Company fans for coming along for a photographical ride!

Stitch has escaped for a parade.

Every photo has a story.

Chip & Company fan Melanie Aday from Whimsical Creations snapped this excellent character photo on a recent WDW trip.

Picture this…Melanie said,My husband & I had been to WDW a couple of times in the past, this our first trip with our 2 children.  It was wonderful to see the amazement in their eyes watching them take everything in.  We managed to get a great spot to watch the afternoon parade, and while it was hot, it was worth every moment.  This trip was an amazing Mother’s Day present.”

Thanks, Melanie, for sending in your photo and your story, and thank you Chip & Company fans for coming along for a photographical ride!

Capturing Disney in Pictures: A Fan’s Star Wars Weekend Encounter

Andrea Canaday's Star Wars Weekend Encounter

Every Photo has a story…

Chip & Company fan Andrea Canaday from Beaufort, South Carolina , and her family love to attend Star Wars Weekends at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.  Andrea said, “Every picture does have a story. I took some great photos on a Disney vacation in June of 2009.  We were also staying at our Home Resort, Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani Village, for the first time since it’s completion. A dear friend I had not seen in a while and her fiance were also joining me and my family for the weekend. Can you say we were excited?”

Picture this…

When Andrea and her family arrived at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the Storm Troopers where all across the top of the ticket entrance. “It was crowded and as my friend and I were waiting for the lines to move, we decided to take pictures of them. This particular Storm Trooper noticed us taking his picture. The next thing you know, we were interacting with each other.  I love to interact with the characters; it’s so much fun!  He pointed his Blaster Rifle at us and then did the ‘I’m watching you’ with his fingers. You know, the pointing to his eyes and then to person thing.  My friend and I did it right back.  He pointed the Blaster Rifle back at us and did the ‘I’m watching you’ again.  This went on for a little bit, and we laughed and carried on with him. It was one of those magical memories you never forget!”

Thanks, Andrea, for sending in your Star Wars Weekend photo and your story, and thank you Chip & Company fans for coming along for a photographical ride!

The Monoski family experience the Hoop-Dee-Doo Review

Every Photo has a story…

Loyal Chip & Company fan Brittany Monoski, her husband and three children took a trip to Walt Disney World in 2011 all the way from Pensylvania.  From their room at the Boardwalk Villas, they headed over for a show at the Hoop-Dee-Doo Review, one of the longest running shows at Disney World.  Britany said,  “We knew that we would love the Hoop-Dee-Doo.  I don’t quite remember why, but we were running extremely late that day.  We were so afraid that once the doors closed, we would not be able to get in.  Luckily, that was not the case at all.  A cast member saw us rushing up to the doors, and she escorted us directly to our table.  That’s when our fun night began. The show and food were  just fabulous!” Brittany’s favorite part of the meal? “The Sangria, definitely!”

Picture this… After the Hoop-de-Doo, the Monoski’s headed over to the Campfire Sing-Along with Chip ‘n Dale.

Brittany said of  of the sing-along, “We had been to this event the year before,  so we knew how much we loved it.  The kids roasted marshmallows and we sang along to many of the songs.  The best part of the night was when Chip ‘n Dale started dancing and invited everyone to dance with them.  It was a blast!  Chip ‘n Dale are my favorite Disney characters! ”

Thanks, Britany, for sending in your photos and stories, and thank you Chip & Company fans for coming along for a photographical ride!
