First Full Trailer for Marvel’s ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’
On Sunday night during the season finale of ‘Once Upon a Time’, Marvel gave us our first look at Joss Whedon and Marvel’s ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ TV series. It was a quick thirty seconds, but it definitely wet my appetite for what’s to come. Now, ABC has released a full three minute trailer for the series, which takes us into what happens after the events of ‘The Avengers’. The best part about all of this, other than that the show looks great, is that Coulson lives again. Clark Gregg returns as the fan favorite character. Just how, we don’t know yet, but knowing Nick Fury is a the master of lies, it doesn’t seem farfetched that he might have faked the death of his right hand man just to get The Avengers to assemble. This is all speculation on my part, but I could definitely see it playing out that way.
Are you excited for ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’? Let me know in the comments below, only here at Chip and Company, and hit the jump to check out the trailer for the series, that will air on Tuesday nights at 8pm on ABC.

Could Dwayne Johnson Join the Marvel Universe?
Could Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson be headed to the Marvel Universe? Well, if Marvel’s Studio Head Kevin Feige has anything to say about it, he will. Feige recently went on record on how he’d love to work with the former wrestling icon, and had this to say:
I think yeah, I mean his name has come up in the past. I’m a gigantic fan of his, I think he’s an incredible – I might have met him once a long time ago, but I haven’t really met him. I don’t really know him – but I think he’s an unbelievable personality and an unbelievable sort of force of nature. He’s awesome in Pain & Gain, he was great in G.I. Joe, he’s really kind of an amazing human being. His Twitter’s always cool and he promotes the hell out of everything he does. I would love him to be part of the Marvel universe somewhere, someday.
‘Toy Story of Terror’ to Air on ABC in October
It’s time to revisit everyone’s favorite toys again in a new Halloween special on ABC this October. Pixar and ABC have teamed up to bring us ‘Toy Story of Terror’, a new ‘Toy Story’ short film, which sees the toys ending up at a creepy hotel in the middle of a roadtrip with Bonnie. When one of the toys goes missing, the rest are left with the mystery to figure out what has happened to their missing friend, and how to make sure it doesn’t happen to them as well. The shorts sees the return of familiar faces Buzz, Woody, Rex, Mr. Potato Head, and Jessie, with Jessie taking center stage this time around. Producer Galyn Susman told TV guide why they chose to make Jessie front in center this time around:
“We’ve gotten to see a lot of development in Woody and in Buzz and we felt it was Jesse’s turn to really show some growth.”
Happy Mother’s Day From ‘Monsters University’
We’re just a little over a month away from Pixar’s newest film, ‘Monsters University’, which is one of my most anticipated films of the year. I talked quite a bit about it almost two years ago, after the 2011 D23 Expo here in Anaheim, CA. As a huge fan of ‘Monsters, Inc.’, I really don’t think I could be more excited for the film, and it feels like I’ve been waiting forever for it to get here. The film reunites Billy Crystal as Mike Wazowski, and John Goodman as James P. Sullivan, but this time, the two aren’t nearly as close as they were in the original. We find the two for the first time, in their college years, where they’re rival scarers in their classes. It’s a very interesting dynamic, so it’ll be fun to see it play out, as well as to see what brings them together.
In anticipation for the new film, Walt Disney Pictures and Pixar have brought mothers across the world a message, wishing them a very happy Mother’s Day. The video below features quite a few characters from the prequel, and plays off the very familiar Pixar humors. It’s a very short and sweet, and makes me even more excited for the film than I already was. Hit the jump to check out this Mother’s Day greeting, as well as the latest trailer for ‘Monsters University’, which opens nationwide June 21, 2013.
