Easter Egg Fun with Disney’s Spoonful.com
While Christmas is the favorite holiday for many families, at my house, Easter is the winner. We love everything about it- new flowers, baby animals, coloring Easter eggs, and chocolate! To celebrate our favorite holiday and springtime’s arrival we decided to add a little Disney touch to Easter and create some of the fun Easter eggs on Disney’s Spoonful.com. After all, if there’s anything better than a basket full of Easter eggs, it’s an Easter basket full of Disney Easter eggs!
We chose to make 8 of our favorite Disney friends into Easter eggs. The supplies needed were mostly items that we already had on hand or were easily found at our local store.
Having fun with our St. Patrick’s Day Crafts from Disney’s Spoonful.com
St. Patrick’s Day is just around the bend! Why not take a break from finding the end of the rainbow for some fun and easy St. Patrick’s Day crafts? Last week I shared a ton of festive Paddy’s day ideas featured on Disney’s Spoonful.com. Today I want to show you how easy these crafts are to do and how cute they turned out! These crafts require easily accessible materials, many of which you may already have on hand. Add a little extra luck this St. Patrick’s Day with these simple crafts.
St. Patrick’s Day Craft #1: Try On Leprechaun
Supplies: a mirror, craft foam, glue and printable templates
Instructions:
1. Use your mirror as a base for your leprechaun.
2. Download the templates for the leprechaun at Spoonful.com.
3. Cut out and trace templates onto craft foam.
4. Cut out and glue craft foam onto mirror.
5. Feel like a leprechaun when you look in the mirror!
This craft is super easy! I did it with my toddler and he really enjoyed playing with glue and putting the pieces together! He obviously required more guidance than a school-aged child, but with a little moving around of the pieces, and glue on the mirror, we got the job done and enjoyed seeing a leprechaun when we looked in the mirror!
Disney Evite Collection is Now Available

Do you do invites or Evites? Until now, Disney fans had to use paper invites or get creative on their own to do a Disney themed party. Now Disney’s interactive Spoonful.com and Evite.com have partnered to bring the Disney collection to you on Evite.com/Disney.
Evite has been named the exclusive online party invitation partner for Disney Interactive’s Spoonful.com and is now offering a new collection of Disney-themed online party invitations. The Evite Disney Collection includes characters popular with both boys and girls, in eye-catching designs. The invitations will still use Evite’s signature, simple, invitation templates and party planning tools.
Disney’s Spoonful.com inspires families to express their creativity and provides them with tools to enjoy family celebrations and party planning. The Evite partnership makes it one step easier by providing customized invitations from their favorite Disney characters and stories.
Designs featured in the Evite Disney Collection will include Disney Princess, Disney Fairies, Cars, Toy Story, Phineas and Ferb, Alice in Wonderland®, Mickey and Minnie®, Jake and the Never Land Pirates®, Pooh®, Tangled®, Brave®, Shake it Up®, and Doc McStuffins.
Well of course, we at Chip and Company have to check out the Disney Evites. I’ll be setting up a Cars Birthday Party invite for my son’s 2nd Birthday party. Keep an eye on Chip and Company for my review!
MickeyMom is a Mom 2 Disney Addicts in Training and is looking forward to planning a Cars party!
