United World Soccer is no re-open on the West Side of Disney Springs. The suspect in a possible rape at Downtown Disney was arrested at his home in Osceola County Florida yesterday.Hector M. Herrera a 26-year-old man was arrested on a sexual battery warrant Thursday afternoon.
