The founder of BabyCakes NYC, Erin McKenna, has announced she will be opening a new bakery in Downtown Disney. It will open Feb 22 and the hours will be 10 a.m. - 11 p.m. daily.  It will be called Erin McKenna Bakery NYC at Downtown Disney.
