 Cast members say that one of the best parts of working for the Disneyland Resort is the encouragement they receive to give back to their communities.This year, Disneyland Resort cast members granted 85 Southern California nonprofit organizations a total of $415,000 in grants through the Disney VoluntEARS Community Fund (DVCF).
