Disney Announces Performers for the 2010 Christmas Day Parade.


We're getting some information on a just a few of the singers who will be performing in this years Christmas day parade which begins taping now through this Sunday. So far we know that Maria Carey will be taping a performance on Friday, but we don't know if it will be in the Magic Kingdom or in one of the resorts.  We  also heard today that Disney channel star Debbie Ryan, best known for her role on The Suite Life on Deck and The Search for Santa Paws, will be performing in the Magic Kingdom.   … [Read more...]

Pixar’s ‘Day & Night’ animation qualifies for Academy Awards


Great news for Disney Pixar! According to Hollywood News Pixar's Day and Night short film is being nominated for an Academy Award!The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences today announced that 10 animated short films will advance in the voting process for the 83rd Academy Awards®.
