2009 Disney’s Christmas Day Parade
Lights! Camera! Action! The cameras are ready to roll on the “Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade†television show at Magic Kingdom and you are invited to be part of the audience on Thursday, December 3, Friday, December 4, or Saturday, December 5, 2009.
Space is limited so sign up now to watch your favorite Disney characters and guest stars perform on Main Street U.S.A. and on Cinderella’s Castle Stage in the Magic Kingdom.

Making New Mileys: Disney’s Teen-Star Factory
Looks like Disney is pushing out their next BIG Disney star Bridgit Mendler.. I guess Selena & Miley are all grown up now and have left the nest. I would expect to see more of her in the near future..

Bridgit Mendler is a willowy, blond teen with a sweet singing voice and decent comic timing. She’s also the show-biz equivalent of the next iPhone — a young Disney star-in-waiting. Mendler, 16, is getting the full Disney Channel rollout. Introduced with recurring guest spots on two of its hit shows, Jonas and Wizards of Waverly Place, she will star in her own series, Good Luck Charlie, in 2010. “I’ve been told to brace myself,” says Mendler. “If we have the success I hope we have with the show, everything will change.”
Mendler is following a path to fame the channel has mapped over the past three years as it has launched serial stars into orbit: the supernova Miley Cyrus in 2006, Selena Gomez in 2007, the Jonas Brothers in 2008 and Demi Lovato this year…

Selena Gomez possibly starring in new movie “What Boys Want”
Disney teen phenom Selena Gomez is reportedly in talks to unite with New Line Cinema for her next feature.
The 17-year-old is in negotionas to star in the upcoming comedy What Boys Want in which she will play a teenage girl who can hear what boys are thinking. Sounds like a teen version of the Mel Gibson’s What Woman Want..
Gomez stars in the popular cable series Wizards of Waverly Place and is currently on aboard to play Beezus Quimby for the upcoming Ramona and Beezus. The film is based on the children’s books from authoer Beverly Cleary.
Playing opposite best friend Demi Lovato in the films Princess Protection Program and Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie, Selena Gomez got her start as one of the kids on the children’s show Barney & Friends on PBS.
Selena Gomez Gets Her Own Fashion Line
According to Women’s Wear Daily, the Disney star and pop singer is collaborating with a creative team to design Dream Out Loud by Selena Gomez. The line consists of “pretty, feminine and bohemian” clothes and accessories (made of eco-friendly and organic materials, natch) that are similar to the starlet’s own aesthetic.
These days when a celebrity announces a fashion venture, we’re usually like, “Whatever—join the club, everybody’s got one.”
But the 17-year-old actress is one of the best-dressed junior fashionistas in Hollywood, and she seems like a genuinely nice young lady, so we’re kind of excited to see what she has to offer.
