Disney Food Confession – Maine Sea Scallops
Where is it? Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts at Walt Disney World Resort.
What is it? Huge Maine Sea Scallops Pan Fried and lightly drizzled with sauce.
Why you want it? These scallops are almost as big as your hand. Delicious!

Disney Food Confession – Trio of Appetizers
Where is it? Sanaa Restaurant – Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village
What is it? Both lunch and dinner at Sanaa include appetizer and salad samplers, such as this trio that include carrot, orange and mint, left; roasted beets, center; and chickpeas with cucumber and tomato, right.
Why you want it? Perfect Fusion of Indian, African, and Asian!

Good Eats – Paradiso 37 in Downtown Disney
This high-energy restaurant and bar features cuisine from North, South and Central America at Downtown Disney Pleasure Island. The lakeside eatery offers bites from mini-stuffed pita pockets to cheeseburgers and enchiladas plus an international wine bar, 37 kinds of tequila (hence the name) and 10 signature frozen margaritas.
The new concept was developed by Orlando-based E-Brands Restaurant Group. The restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. until late night with nightly entertainment.

Disney Food Confession – Crazy Corn
Where is it? Paradiso 37, on the waterfront at Downtown Disney Pleasure Island.
What is it? Fire-roasted corn on the cob with a mild pepper sauce and melted cheeses.
Why you want it? Goes great with one of the 37 flavors of tequila.

Disney Food Confession – Tequila & Margaritas
Where is it? La Cava del Tequila tucked away in the Mexico pavilion at Epcot
What is it? Flavorful margaritas and specially prepared flights of tequila take center stage.
Why you want it? Nothing like a cool margarita on a hot summer day.
