What is it? The New England Lobster Roll
Where can you get it? At the Hops and Barley marketplace is a guest favorite during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Oct. 1-Nov. 14 at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
More than 25 marketplaces also shine a spotlight on traditional ethnic foods like South Korea’s Lettuce Wraps with Roast Pork and Kimchi Slaw. Disney Food Confession – Freshly baked waffles with berry compote and whipped cream
Freshly baked waffles with berry compote and whipped cream paired with Godiva chocolate iced coffee are on the menu in the new Belgium tasting marketplace during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
Throughout the 1.3 mile World Showcase promenade more than two dozen international kiosks showcase savory samplings.
The annual festival overflows with global cuisine, celebrated chefs and special entertainment Oct. 1-Nov. 14, 2010.
Disney Food Confession – Pumpkin Muffin
What is it? – A moist pumpkin spice muffin with raisins, topped with a dollop of cream cheese icing (the same kind they use on the cinnamon rolls) and a white chocolate pumpkin Mickey.
Where can you get it? – Blue Ribbon Bakery on Main Street, U.S.A. (in Disneyland; I’m unsure of WDW)
When can you get it? – This is a seasonal item! I believe it is available throughout the fall. (I have seriously been waiting MONTHS for this to come back.)

Disney Food Confession – Soul Candy with Recipe

Soul Candy
Serves 1
1/2 ounce Vincent Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka
3/4 ounce Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
3/4 ounce Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur
4 ounces cappiccino
Fresh whipped cream
White and dark chocolate shavings for garnish
1. Mix the first gour ingredients in a warm 12-ounce coffee glass.
2. Garnsh with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
