The Taste of Spain included Serrano Ham, Chorizo, Manchego cheese, Green Olives and Tomato Bread. I hate to say this, but this was my least favorite of all of the items that I tried. The ham and Chorizo (a type of sausage) was very fatty and chewy.However, the Chorizo did have a deep flavor and a nice kick from the paprika.
