Brown Derby Lounge officially opened its doors on 10/30/13 at Disney's Hollywood Studios , and I was there to join in the celebration! I was chosen to cut the ribbon to open this new concept restaurant. Brown Derby Lounge is an appetizer, cocktail, and dessert restaurant.
