I hope everyone is having a wonderful week. School is almost out, people are heading to the parks, and Chip uber nerds are planning their fall Disney World Vacations.
Great news if you are one of the lucky few who opened their email or mailbox and received a blank pin code. What’s a Pin Code you might ask? Pin Codes are super secret codes handed out by Disney that have special discounts for you to spend even more money booking your Disney World Vacation. While most Pin Codes will save you money there are some out there that don’t so be careful and read this article.
Adventures By Disney New Itineraries for 2013-2014 ready to book!
Adventures by Disney has announced dates for the brand new Adventures debuting in 2013-2014 and they are now available to book!
Disney will now take you to Scotland for 9 days and 8 nights in 2013. The highlights of your Adventures will take you horseback riding on museum and various exclusive private castle tours. You will visit the Isle of Skye and enjoy a whiskey tasting experience. You will have time to take a stroll on the beautiful beaches of Scotland and visit Kilt Rock. Your Adventure will also take you to Rothiemurchus Estate.
In 2013 and 2014 Disney has revamped it’s Costa Rica Adventure for 7 days and 6 nights. The highlights of this new Adventure include visiting Tortuguero National Park, taking a pineapple plantation tour, ziplining in Arenal National park ( How COOL would that be!?) and an exciting white water rafting experience.
Also new for 2013 and 2014 is an Adventure to Southeast Asia for 10 days and 11 nights. Free dining goes away this Friday!
If you are planning a visit to Disney World anytime from August 25-September 29th 2012 then don’t delay booking that vacation, you must have it booked by 5/18/12 to secure free dining.
If you are staying at any of the Disney Value resorts you will get free quick service dining which includes 2 counter service meals per person per night of your vacation, 1 snack per person per night of your vacation and a Disney refillable mug to use at your resort throughout your stay.
If you stay at a Disney Moderate or Deluxe resort you will get a free “plus dining” plan which gives you 1 sit down meal per person per night, 1 counter service meal per person per night, and 1 snack per person per night as well as a Disney refillable mug to use at your resort throughout your stay.
You CAN upgrade the free dining plan to “plus” dining or “deluxe” dining and just pay the difference between the plans which is a nice option.

Kids Eat Free and More at Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa in Hawai`i

“Carbon-Freeze Me” Experience at Star Wars Weekends 2012
Coming this year to Star Wars Weekends at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you’ll have the opportunity to relive the famous carbon freezing scene from The Empire Strikes Back with the “Carbon-Freeze Me” experience. This new experience was created especially for Disney Parks, and is part of our “D-Tech Me” line that uses technology to take personalization to a whole new level.
Using state-of-the-art imaging technology, this experience casts your likeness as a three-dimensional, eight-inch figurine. At the “Carbon Freezing Chamber” (located adjacent to The American Idol Experience), several cameras will capture multiple angles of your face. The images are then reconstructed in a computer for processing, and, in approximately four weeks, the completed figurine is shipped directly to your house.
Each carbonite figurine is $99.95 (plus shipping). You can order additional figurines using the same image scan for $74.95 each. The replica figurine can be hung on a wall, just like the gangster Jabba the Hutt did in Return of the Jedi. Guests also receive a light-up wristband.
The experience will officially open on Friday May 18 with the launch of Star Wars Weekends 2012. Reservations are required and can be made starting Monday, May 7 by calling 407-WDW-TECH (407-939-8324).
