Cars 3 Coming to Blu-Ray and DVD November 7

Best Buy will be getting a special Steel Book edition and Target will be getting a special Storybook Edition. Each will include a digital copy of the movie as well. The cover art will feature McQueen and Ramirez on most covers. Some covers will have a peek of Storm in the background too.
