Chip had the most delicious lunch yesterday at Disney’s Aulani Resort and Spa and we wanted to share it with you! This popular food trend called a Poke Bowl actually started in Hawaii and recently made its way to the United States. (They are popping up everywhere here in the Atlanta area!) So, what better place to try one than in Hawaii at Aulani!
You can find the Poke Bowls at Aulani’s Quick Service Restaurant, Ulu Café. Guests are invited to pick one of three Poke Bowls or make your own. Chip went for the make your own option.
First, your Poke Bowl starts with some sticky rice:
Then, you pick your protein from salmon, ahi tuna, shrimp, or tofu:
After you have your rice and protein, pick your fresh toppings and sauces:
Chip’s Poke Bowl came to $16.75 with tax.
