Transportation Issues before the Disney Parks Open

Imagine with the Disney Diva  for a second: You're excited! You've discovered you can actually get in the parks before they "officially" open by making an early advanced dining reservation. You get an 8am reservation for Tusker House and are ecstatic. But then you have a strange revelation... resort buses don't start running until 1 hour before park opening. How am I going to GET to my reservation since I'm staying on property and I don't have a car??? I recently had a reader ask a question … [Read more...]

When I was at Disney World last week I decided to turn on my Garmin watch for 5 hours and see how far I walked. 11 miles. I walked ELEVEN MILES in 5 hours! Getting your hair cut at Walt Disney World

One of my daughters “official firsts” happened at Walt Disney World in the barber shop. Her first haircut. (Well, not technically her first, she cut her bangs herself, ugh)I’m fairly sure that my daughter is somehow related to Rapunzel. Her hair grows extremely fast, which we realized very early in her life.
