3 Disney Characters leaving the Magic Kingdom

We have some sad news to report today from the Magic Kingdom. It is being reported that Disney is going to removing 3 characters from the Magic Kingdom.

Starting October 2nd, 2016 Woody & Jessie are going to be leaving the Magic Kingdom. Their meet & greet area was back by Splash Mountain and it is said their final day will be on October 1st. The word on the street is that they are being moved to Pixar Place in Hollywood Studios, for now treat that as gossip ok?

Next up on the chopping block is Rafiki from the Adventureland/Sunshine Terrace area. Really this is not a big deal considering you can also see him at Rifiki’s Planet Watch in the Animal Kingdom as well.

No word on when Rifiki is leaving but I hear it is soon.
