Disney has just announced the Are You the Real John Carter sweepstakes! If you share your name with the character, you could win a trip to Peru in October!

Are you John Carter? Then head to TheRealJohnCarter.com and sign in with your Facebook account or enter your email address for a sweepstakes entry. You can also earn more contest entries by completing weekly missions, which began on January 23.

What if my name isn’t exactly John Carter? That’s perfectly okay — it doesn’t eliminate you from the competition! Acceptable forms of ‘John’ include: John, Jon, Jonathan, Jonathon, Jawn, Gian, or Juan. Acceptable forms of ‘Carter’ include: Carter, Cartur, Cartir, Karter, Kharter, Khartar, or Kartir.

All official contest rules and details can be found on the sweepstakes website. The contest begins January 20 and ends February 17.
