If your family loves fun and games, allow for some flex time when planning your Walt Disney World itinerary. Once you check into your Disney resort, you will be given a schedule of resort activities. These are free activities for the whole family. During my recent stay at the Port Orleans Riverside, these were the activity offerings.

Movies Under the Stars – nightly at 8:00 p.m.

Sun: “Toy Story”

Mon: “Hocus Pocus”

Tues: Halloweentown High”

Wed: “The Emperor’s New Groove”

Thurs: “Spooky Buddies”

Fri: “The Lion King”

Sat: “Tangled”

Poolside Activities  (Sun-Sat)

Games 1:00-2:00 p.m.

Ol’ Man Island Pool Party 4:00-5:00 p.m.

Sassagoula Nighttime Jamboree  5:00 p.m. (Sun-Sat)

Campfire on de’ Bayou  6:30 p.m. (Sat-Sun)

Each resort will have similar, typical offerings that are a fun way to enjoy the resort and meet some new friends. So if your family is outgoing, plan on some resort fun and take advantage of this time together. Happy memories are made everywhere at Disney!
