Disney World Quick Tips – Tupperware

Hey Moms!  Here is a Disney World Quick tip I use every time we stay at the Walt Disney World Resort

Keep your vanity area in your room tidy by packing along a few storage containers to keep your toiletries in.  Let’s face it, with kids (and even husbands) scurrying around in the mornings, little items such as hair clips, earrings and toothbrushes can get tossed just about anywhere.

Before you leave your room in the mornings, just toss all of the items in your storage tote and place them on the shelf in the bathroom.  It keeps everything organized and accessible.  It also allows for Mousekeeping to do a better job of cleaning that area of the room up!

It is always nice coming back to the resort room after a long day at the Park to a fresh clean room. Do yourself a favor and pick some cheap storage containers up for your next Walt Disney World vacation and give them a try!

I am packing extra snacks in dollar store plastic containers in our baggage. Then I hope to use these containers to stay organized on our stay and then use them for keepsakes, hopefully it will help things stay safer on the way home.

I also bring a Hanging closet organizer with shelves. It velcro fastens over the closet rod and has shelves that you typically put your sweaters on. I keep all my bottles, lotions, makeup, etc. on these shelves which keeps the vanity from… getting chaotic. I pack all my clothing already on wire hangers so that when we arrive I just grab handfulls and they go straight up on the rod. Lastly I also bring the pop up mesh laundry style bins (but the long and shallow style) for each one of us. Each of us gets one for items that you can’t hang like socks, undies, pjs etc so that they are all easy to find and not mixed up.

I use Ziplock bags instead (less weight in the suitcase). I also bring a small pump soap, dish detergent, and a small sponge for quick clean ups. Something else I bring are suction cup hooks for wet items; it makes it easier to still shower without the items hanging over your head.

What a great idea! I also see you brought your own pump soap, I also did the same thing the last time I went. It was so much easier with the kids. :)

I am going to have to try this…. Thanks for the Tip!
