Food Network star Sandra Lee has a full plate of Disney publishing projects.

Hyperion and the Disney Interactive Media Group announced Wednesday that Lee has agreed to a five-book deal, including two cookbooks, an entertaining/lifestyle book and two food-themed novels, recipes included.

Lee, the girlfriend of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, is also working on a series of 15 online videos that will coincide with the fall 2011 release of her lifestyle book and first cookbook.
