Disneyland Refurbishment Schedule April 2011
Refurbishment information is subject to change without notice and should be confirmed just prior to visiting. Updated information is available on the Disneyland website.
Current
- Hungry Bear Restaurant (Disneyland) closed through 3/17/11.
- Playhouse Disney (DCA) closed through 3/24/11 for refurbishment.
- Mulholland Madness (DCA) closed through 4/20/11 for conversion to Goofy’s Fly School.
- Star Tours (Disneyland) closed through 5/20/11 for renovation and upgrade to Star Tours 2.0.
- Pizza Oom Mow Mow (DCA) closed through 5/24/11 for conversion to Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta.
- Burger Invasion (DCA) closed through 5/24/11 for conversion to Paradise Garden Grill.
- Corn Dog Castle (DCA) closed through 5/25/11 due to construction in the area. Corn dogs are currently available at Award Wieners.
- Splash Mountain (Disneyland) closed through 5/26/11 for refurbishment.

Disney World Refurbishment Schedule April 2011

Current
- Luna Park Pool Slide (BoardWalk Resort) closed through 3/16/11 for refurbishment. Guests may use the pool or use the feature pool and slide at the Yacht & Beach Club Resort.
- Friendship Boats to Epcot, Hollywood Studios and resorts in the area (Yacht Club Resort) closed through 3/24/11. Guests can use the resort bus transportation to Hollywood Studios.
- Blizzard Beach closed through 3/26/11 for annual refurbishment.
- Magnolia Bend Leisure Pool (Port Orleans Resort – Riverside) closed through 4/1/11 for refurbishment. Ol’ Man Island feature pool and all other pools will be open during this time.
- Leisure Pool (Polynesian Resort) closed through 4/8/11 for refurbishment. The Nanea Volcano Pool will be open during this time.
- East Leisure Pool (Polynesian Resort) closed through 4/8/11 for refurbishment. The Nanea Volcano Pool will be open.
- Primeval Whirl (Animal Kingdom) closed through 4/16/11 for refurbishment.
- Star Tours (Hollywood Studios) closed through 5/19/11 for refurbishment.
- Enchanted Tiki Room – Under New Management (Magic Kingdom) closed through 6/30/11 due to a fire last month.
- Paddock Leisure Pool (Saratoga Springs Resort) closed through 6/30/11 for refurbishment. It is being converted into a feature pool.
Upcoming
- Cabanas Leisure Pool (Coronado Springs Resort) closed 4/20/11-5/19/11 for refurbishment. All other pools, including the Dig Site feature pool will remain open.
- Magnolia Bend Leisure Pool (Port Orleans Riverside Resort) closed 4/25/11-5/27/11 for refurbishment.
- Liberty Square Riverboat (Magic Kingdom) closed 5/2/11-5/19/11 for refurbishment.
- Playground (Port Orleans – French Quarter) closed 5/2/11-5/27/11 for refurbishment.
- Wilderness Swimmin’ Pool (Fort Wilderness) closed 5/2/11-6/10/11 for refurbishment. The Meadow Swimmin’ Pool will be open during this time.
