What’s Playing recently spoke to one of the original crew members on the 1989 picture who confirmed that Disney are covertly developing a remake of the Rick Moranis hit. “It won’t be a sequel to the other films – if only because Mr. Moranis has retired”, we were informed. “Not sure how far it is along, but it is in the works”.
