Disney Revs Up for ‘Cars’ BirthDay Gift Set

Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment on Nov. 10 will re-release the 2006 Pixar CG-animated film Cars as a Blu-ray combo pack gift set.
The $49.99 set will include Cars on both Blu-ray Disc and DVD, plus die-cast model replicas of characters Lightning McQueen and Mater.
The DVD includes the animated shorts Mater and the Ghostlight and One Man Band, and the featurette “Inspiration for Cars.â€
The Blu-ray includes a Carfinder game, several featurettes and a “Traffic School†deleted scene.
Nov. 10 already was shaping up as something of a Pixar day for Disney, with the DVD and Blu-ray of Up and a Monsters, Inc. Blu-ray planned for release that day as well.
