Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment on Nov. 10 will re-release the 2006 Pixar CG-animated film Cars as a Blu-ray combo pack gift set.

The $49.99 set will include Cars on both Blu-ray Disc and DVD, plus die-cast model replicas of characters Lightning McQueen and Mater.

The DVD includes the animated shorts Mater and the Ghostlight and One Man Band, and the featurette “Inspiration for Cars.”

The Blu-ray includes a Carfinder game, several featurettes and a “Traffic School” deleted scene.

Nov. 10 already was shaping up as something of a Pixar day for Disney, with the DVD and Blu-ray of Up and a Monsters, Inc. Blu-ray planned for release that day as well.
